剛剛看新聞，原來國家在 2008 年修改規定，皮蛋不可再循傳統的製作方法，即不可再用鉛來醃製，要用特定的食用硫酸銅。可是，有關當局至今從未發出過任何生產食品級硫酸銅的牌照。
神州之大，無奇不有。這些有關食品安全的新聞已經嚇我不到了，自從所謂牛丸都已經不是牛肉造的了。

我們在相信甚麼。
